Slucajno sam na Google-u nasao zanimljiv tekst pod gore navedenim naslovom,mozda ne bi bilo lose da ga neko "prebaci" ovdje (ja ne umijem).Ne bi bilo lose s prevodom.Vi ocijenite vrijedi li :wave:

Dear Friends and fellow Alfisti,

Today is my last day here at Alfa Romeo as Product Development manager. As
some of you know, I am part of the Fiat Group Fiat Grade program. We rotate
every 18 months, changing company, job title and country. My first job was
with Fiat Auto in Engineering where I spent one year in Suspension Systems
Development and 6 months in Alfa Romeo in Arese in Product Development. My
next placement will be in Valladolid Spain in Iveco in PRODUCTION of the
Turbo Daily Van.

Reading all the posts over the the past year and a half in Italy have made
me smile and also have made me angry. But the anger is only from the
ignorance that some of you have towards Alfa Romeo and Fiat Auto and its
structure in General. This is not your faults but the fault of just not
understanding how things work here in Arese and Italy and Fiat Auto on the
Inside. I have learned how this complex organism works and my findings are
not as complicated as you might think.

Alfa Romeo Arese is a company of people, Italian people. Me being 100%
italian by my parents being Italian Natives I also share this lineage. But,
being born in the U.S I also have the education background to be able to be
subjective about many things in life. I love Alfa Romeo, in every way
imaginable. I love Alfa more than most other important things in my life. I
have always wondered why I love Alfa Romeo so much. Is it fate, chance, or
does it lie in some underlying feeling that can't be described or imitated
in any other setting. Being here in Arese, the birthplace of the GT Junior,
Alfa Spider, Alfa 75, Alfa 164, Alfa GTV, I have initiated my formulation
for what Alfa Romeo Really means to me and why it means so much to me.

Alfa Romeo is not special to me because it is owned by an Italian company,
or 20% by an American Company. Alfa Romeo is not special to me because its
cars are built 100% from an italian chassis, or uses 100% italian
components, or 100% Italian designers. It goes deeper than that.

I love Alfa Romeo because of one thing and one thing only... The people of
Alfa Romeo, the people of Alfa Romeo Arese. From the secretaries to the
deliverymen, to the guys in the experimentation department cramming a V6
into a 147, to the product development guys writing up 15 page option lists
to Wolfgang Egger, the Austrian stylist who ooozes more Alfistaness than any
person I have ever met. In the end I can say that these people are all my
friends, and after 6 monthsh of being here with these amazingly beautiful
people I have learned why my Alfa Milano 75 in America made me feel so good
when I shifted to 3rd to 4th at 120mph on a rural road in Colorado in the
Fall making the fallen leaves burst into happiness and take flight.
This is what Alfa Romeo is all about... the people. It does not matter where
the platform is, who signs the checks, whose letterhead is on the letters.
As long as Alfa Romeo is here in Arese, our Alfa Romeo Passion is Safe. I
can tell you that the passion here for Alfa is FERVID still today. I have
talked to the engineers that designed the fuel tank for the Alfa Milano USA
Model, a gas tank which later found its way into the 1995 spider and GTV,
that were USA ready from the beginning. I spoke to the engineer who guided
bosch on the 164 stepper motor design, which told Bosch those plastic gears
were junk etc.. I have lived my Alfa Dream here in Arese, I have been on the
V6 factory floor dozens of times, spoken to the workers there, seen the GTA
motors being stacked onto huge pallets. I saw how the rear main seal is not
a gasket anymore, but a t9 loctite silicone sandwhich applied directly into
the area! WOW.

In the end, I know that for me, Alfa Romeo will always be Alfa Romeo, and I
will anxiously await the Alfa Return to the USA in the Future and I hope
that I will be a part of this wonderful organization again, and my sources
say I will be involved.

So, happy motoring. Don't critique the B.S. artist renderings of the new
157, that is not the new 157. The new 157 that I saw is absolutely
beautiful, as are ALL the new Alfa's. GM IS NOT IN THE DESIGN DEPARTMENT,
anybody that says that is a complete RETARD and should be shot on site.

Dragi prijatelji i kolege Alfisti,

Danas je moj posljednji radni dan na mjestu Product Development menadžera u Alfa Romeu. Ko što neki od vas znaju, dio sam Fiat Grade programa u Fiat Grupaciji. Svakih 18 mjeseci se rotiramo, mijenjajući kompaniju, posao i državu. Moj prvi posao je bio u Fiat Auto Engineering-u, gdje sam proveo godinu dana na odjelu za razvoj suspenzionih sistema i 6 mjeseci u Alfa Romeu u Areseu, na odjelu za razvoj proizvoda. Moje sljedeće zaposlenje će biti u Valjadolidu u Španiji, na proizvodnji Iveco Turbo Daily Van-a.

Svi postovi koje sam pročitao u proteklih godinu i po u Italiji su me i nasmijali i ljutili. Ljutnja bila samo posljedica vašeg neznanja o strukturi Alfa Romea, odnosno Fiat Auta uopšte. Nije to vaša greška, u pitanju je samo nepoznavanje toga kako stvari funkcionišu ovdje u Areseu i Fiatu. Ja sam shvatio kako ovaj složeni organizam radi i moja otkrića nisu uopšte komplikovana kao što možda mislite.

Alfa Romeo Arese je kompanija ljudi, ljudi iz Italije. I ja imam isto porijeklo, jer su mi roditelji porijeklom Italijani. Ali, rođenje u USA mi je dalo obrazovnu osnovu da budem subjektivan oko mnogih stvari u životu. Ja volim Alfa Romeo na svaki mogući način. Volim ga više od većine drugih, jako važnih stvari u mom životu. Uvijek sam se pitao zašto toliko volim Alfu? Da li je to sudbina, slučajnost ili je to stvar nekog podliježućeg osjećanja koje ne može biti opisano niti oponašano u bilo kojoj drugoj okolnosti? Boraveći ovdje u Areseu, mjestu rođenja GT Juniora, Alfe Spider, Alfe 75, Alfe 164, Alfe GTV, uspio sam formulisati odgovor šta mi Alfa Romeo znači i zašto mi toliko znači.

Alfa Romeo mi nije poseban zato što ga posjeduje italijanska kompanija, niti zato što je 20% u vlasništvu američke kompanije. Alfa Romeo mi nije poseban zato što su njihova auta napravljena na 100% italijanskim platformama, niti što su dijelovi 100% italijanski, niti što su dizajneri 100% Italijani. Još je dublje od toga.

Alfa Romeo volim zbog jednog i samo jednog...zbog ljudi iz Alfa Romea, zbog ljudi iz Alfa Romeo Aresea. Od sekretarica do kurira, od momaka u eksperimentalnom odjeljenju koji „uguravaju“ V6 u 147, do momaka u odjelu za razvoj koji na 15 stranica pišu liste opcija Wolfgangu Eggeru, austrijskom stilisti iz koga izvire više alfizma nego iz ijednog drugog čovjeka kojeg sam do sada upoznao. Na kraju svega mogu da kažem da su svi ovi ljudi moji prijatelji, i nakon 6 mjeseci provedenih sa ovim predivnim ljudima shvatio sam zašto je moja Alfa Milano u Americi činila da se osjećam tako dobro prebacujući iz 4. u 3. brzinu pri 120 mph na seoskom putu u Koloradu, u jesen, čineći da otpalo lišće „eksplodira“ u sreći i poleti. To je ono što Alfa Romeo predstavlja...ljude. Nije važno gdje je platforma, ko potpisuje čekove, čiji je memorandum na pismima. Dok god je Alfa Romeo ovdje u Areseu, naša Alfa Romeo strast je sigurna. Znajte da je ovdje i dan-danas strast prema Alfi žestoka. Razgovarao sam sa inženjerima koji su konstruisali rezervoar za Alfa Milano, rezervoar koji je kasnije našao put do modela Spider i GTV iz 1995. godine, koji su bili spremni za američko tržište od samog početka. Razgovarao sam sa inženjerom koji je savjetovao Bosch pri pravljenju step-motora za 164, koji je rekao Bosch-u da su oni plastični zupčanici najobičnije smeće, itd. Proživio sam moj Alfa san ovdje u Areseu, bio sam u pogonu za izradu V6 motora desetine puta, razgovarao sa tamošnim radnicima, vidio GTA motore naređane na ogromnim paletama. Vidio sam da glavni zadnji dihtung nije više obična zaptivka nego T9 loctite silikonski sendvič koji se nanosi direktno na površinu!

Na kraju, znam da će za mene Alfa Romeo uvijek biti Alfa Romeo, i željno ću iščekivati povratak Alfe u USA u budućnosti i nadam se da ću opet biti dio ove predivne organizacije, a moji izvori kažu da će tako i biti.

Uživajte u vožnji. Nemojte kritikovati raznorazna „umjetnička predstavljanja“ nove Alfe 157 (159), to nije nova 157. Ona 157 koju sam ja vidio je apsolutno prelijepa, kao što su i sve nove Alfe. General Motors NIJE u dizajnerskom odjelu, i svako ko kaže suprotno je potpuni biip! i treba ga upucati :sniper: na licu mjesta.

A u medjuvremenu je Wolfgang Egger postao sef dizajna Audija...

Wolfgang Josef Egger (born 13 February 1963 in Oberstdorf, Germany) is a car designer from Germany, and currently an Audi Group head designer.

Egger studied Design at the International College of Arts and Sciences in Milan, Italy. In 1989 he graduated as an industrial designer. Egger began his professional career in 1989 in the Design department at Alfa Romeo. In 1993 he was appointed Chief Designer of Alfa Romeo.

In 1998 he became Chief Designer at Seat, where he was able to input his personal style in, for example, the Seat Ibiza, Cordoba and Altea.

In 2001, W. J. Egger was appointed Head of Design at Lancia. In the same year, however, he returned to Alfa Romeo as Chief Designer. Among the cars developed by Alfa Romeo under his direction were the Nuvola Concept, 156, 166, 147 and 8C Competizione..

On 1 May 2007, Egger will succeed Walter Maria de Silva as Head of Audi Group Design. He will be responsible for the Audi and Lamborghini brands.

Sjajan tekst... Malo starijeg datuma, ali zaista sjajan... Bash ga ubode... Arese u vreme dok se tamo josh radio V6 :cry: , godina kada je odande izashla mashina koja mi uveseljava dushu svaki dan u mojoj 156-ci... Gde li je na kraju zavrshio lik?
A Wolgang Egger Milanski djak, naravno... Vrlo znachajan lik u Alfi s kraja proshlog veka (auu kako ovo zvuchi, a? :grin: )...

Wolfgang Egger je fantastican dizajner i veliki ljubitelj Alfe, ali ponuda Audija je bila jako primamljiva i na nagovaranje Waltera da Silve, presao je. Btw, Alfa je nasla odlicnu zamenu za Eggera - Frank Stephensona koji je dizajnirao Mini, radio u Pininfarini na svim Ferrarijima u poslednje vreme, zatim bio sef dizajna novog Fice...medjutim, posle samo nekoliko meseci otisao je i on i postao sef dizajna McLarena. Razumem da VW vise placa, ali da McLaren mazne Fiatu sefa dizajna - to ne mogu da razumem. Nazalost, dizajn sada vodi Nemac koji je nacrtao takvu grozotu kao sto je Audi A2, nista mnogo lepsi VW Lupo, odvratnu prethodnu generaciju Audija A6 i pedersku Nissan Micru CC. Jedini pristojan auto koji je dizajnirao je Nissan Qashqai. Veovatno zbog toga cemo gledati u buducnosti reciklazu dizajna 8c dokse ne smisli nesto bolje.

Pre par dana Luca Di Meo, jedan od najtalentovanijih menadzera u Fiatu, je otisao s mesta CEO Alfe. Ovo je treci CEO koji je otisao u kratkom vremenskom razmaku (od 2005.) i to ne valja uopste.

U skladu sa temom "good bye from Arese" jos novih vesti...

Luca Di Meo je postao sef u marketingu VW sa zadatkom da razvije marketing za 100 novih modela koje ce VW grupa nastancovati u sledecih par godina. Glavna referenca za taj posao mu je genijalna marketinska kampanja za Fiat 500.


...a nesto starija vest koju sam zaboravio, ali sam se prisetio je da je Luca Manzoni iz Fiata na nagovor Waltera da Silve presao par godina i sada je sef dizajna VW, Skode, Bugattija i Bentley-a.

Ovako sada izgleda trenutna postavka dok se ne predju u VW... :D

Sergio Cravero has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Alfa Romeo Automobiles, where he served as head of marketing prior to today’s appointment. Mr. Cravero, 48, was born in Turin and holds a degree in mechanical engineering. He joined Fiat Group Automobiles in 1986 and has held various positions of growing responsibility in the technical, commercial and marketing areas.

Following this new appointment, responsibility for individual brands is as follows:

· Fiat: Lorenzo Sistino,

· Lancia: Olivier François,

· Alfa Romeo: Sergio Cravero,

· Fiat Professional: Lorenzo Sistino.

· Abarth: Harald Wester, who will continue in his role as Chief Technical Officer for Fiat Group and Chief Executive Officer of Maserati.

In addition, to enhance the effectiveness of Fiat Group Automobiles and further strengthen synergies within the company, four new transversal functions are being created.

The new functions are:

· Sales, assigned to Lorenzo Sistino, who will be responsible for coordinating commercial activities for the Fiat, Lancia and Alfa Romeo brands. This new function will have responsibility for all markets.

· Brand Marketing Communication, assigned to Olivier François, who will be responsible for coordinating above-the-line and below-the-line communication activities for all brands.

· Product Portfolio Planning & Automotive Institutional Relations, assigned to Daniele Chiari, who will be responsible for planning for passenger vehicles and powertrain and for managing institutional relations for the Sector.

· Product Concept, assigned to Sergio Cravero, who will be responsible for coordinating product development of individual models and determining product initiatives for the Fiat, Lancia and Alfa Romeo brands.

Sergio Cravero, 48, was born in Turin. He graduated in mechanical engineering at Turin Politecnico and has a Masters in Business Administration from Milan Politecnico.

He joined Fiat Group Automobiles in 1986, in the Commercial division, where he worked as Product Manager and then Zone Manager for the Fiat brand. In 1991, he moved to the Product division where he was responsible for development of the Barchetta spider and, subsequently, for all Fiat and Lancia brand B segment models. In 1999, he returned to the Commercial area as Brand Manager for Alfa Romeo, where he was involved in development of the 147, awarded “2001 Car of the Year”. In 2002, he took over responsibility for the E development platform for the Fiat and Lancia brands. Since 2005, he has been head of marketing for Alfa Romeo.

Italijani generalno u poslednjih par godina rade na implementiranju da tako nazovem Americke skole menadzmenta, ali naravno - na italijanski nachin. Donose jako tupave odluke u veoma bitnim trenutcima, a jureci profit kroz podizanje cene i obaranje kvaliteta, ostaju bez istog ili ga ubijaju sa velikim gubitcima kako kroz loshu kontrolu kvaliteta, tako i kroz prezaposlenost. Obichno zaposle tri choveka da odrade posao koji mozhe uraditi jedan. Birokratija ih jos vise sahranjuje u celoj prici.

Mislim da im je turizam jedina grana privrede koja dobro funkcionise.

Ne chude me ove brze rotacije, pohlepa je zhestok stimulans za pojedince. Cini mi se da ranije ipak nije bilo tako, pa je to jedan od razloga zbog kojeg su se automobili i razlikovali - automobil koji obelezi citavu deceniju.

Ne bi me iznenadilo da krenu u repliciranje raznih uspesnih modela i dodeljivanje starih dobrih imena, to je poslednja slamka koja je primenjena u sluchaju npr, Sprinta, 33-ke, Spider-a, GTV-a a danas 159-ke i 8c... Znaci, uskoro izlazi nova Giulia. :(

Odlicno si rekao.

Ko bolje pogleda novu strukturu sefova unutar Fiat grupe koju sam postavio, moze da vidi jednu komplikovanu mrezu nadleznosti gde se vise ljudi preplice oko jedne stvari sto dovodi do usporavanja donosenja odluka. To je bio glavni problem u Ferrarijevom F1 timu do dolaska Todta i Browna koji su to metlom rascistili.

Medjutim, srecom da su tu Luca di Montezemolo koji je genijalan lik, kao i Marchionne.

I jos jedna stvar - Italijani su majstori mobilizacije. Kada ide dobro onda se previse opuste, ali kada je frka (mislim stvarno veeelika frka, kad useru motku skroz) onda uvek naprave neku genijalnu stvar. Da li ste ikada videli da neki italijanski tim odigra lose finale necega?
Tako se Fiat izvlacio vise puta, pa i sada u poslednjih par godina. Posto je Alfi islo dobro do skora, a sada lose sve se nadam da ce im se zalomiti neka nova Guilia ili Alfa 156 da dignu prodaju.
Jedino sto mi nikako ne ide u glavu cinjenica da se u Alfu ulaze u Fiat grupi, da ima prednost nad Lanciom, da imaju normalnu lepezu modela, prodaju se sirom Evrope i ne ide, a Lancia koja ima cudnu i nerazvijenu paletu modela, samo jedan svez model, sa bednim marketingom, sa razvijenom prodajnom mrezom samo u juznom delu Evrope (a pre svega u samo u Italiji i Francuskoj) - ide sasvim dobro prodaja. Nemam objasnjenja za to.

159 je prelep auto, a Mito je neopevana rugoba. Video sam je pre neki dan ovde i hteo da zaplačem! Šta im je ovo trebalo? :blink:
