pozdrav svima imam problem sa alfom 159 2.4 jtd 210 konja 2008 godiste,
auto radi perfektno nema nijednu gresku ,dizne su ok,egr je skinut neko prije mene je skinuo, na FES prikaze ukljucen EGR
DPF nije diran,dimi mnogo prva druga treca sa full gasom.
skinuo sam i klapne zatvorio sam i malo manje dimi ali isto opet mogouradio sam remap ,posto sam Tuner za Chipovanje auta vec 3 godine WinOLSa,auto ide dobro ali i sa chipom isto dimi
na dyno test izasao stock 184konja a sa chipom 219 konja i 514nm.vidi se da je snaga drasticko pala od 210 na 184 .
ima li ko sta da mi kaze u cemu moze da bude problem da resim ovoga????hvala

Ne vuče falš vazduh. Da vuče falš vazduh, smeša bi bila sirmašnija, odnosno, AFR bi bio viši, a u tom slučaju ne bi bilo dima.
Moguće je da negde gubi vazduh, pa ga nema dovoljno da sagori sav dizel. Otuda crni dim.

na to sam mislio...gubi vazduh i ne izgori svu naftu.
Ili previše nafte tj. generalno nusklađena mapa. Nema šta drugo.

Hvala na savetima ,mapa je 100% professional radio isto auto i nema dima niti nista samo ovaj je nesto cudno...
I potrosnja je veca zaboravio da pisem ,bez remapa isto i sa remapom veca

Moja 159ka dimi iskljucivo u dva slucaja.

Prvi kad krstarim u niskim obrtajima, npr. 4 na 1500 uz mali pritisak turba, a ja dodam gasa i probudim turbo. Tad pufne crno i nestane dok turbo čukica ne digne pritisak. Tzv. turbo lag jer je turbina malo poveća za 2.4, ista se ugrađuje u Mercedesov OM642 3.0 dizel.

Drugi slučaj je da motor prebaci 4000 obrtaja pri punom gasu.

I prvi i drugi slučaj izbegavam i nema dima u vožnji.

U prvom slučaju to je normalno pod uslovom da ti je uklonjen DPF, pa se nakupi garež tokom gradske vožnje, na primer.
U drugom nije normalno i neverovatno je da izbegavaš 4000 rpm. Na tvom mestu bih proverio usisni sistem, počevši od creva, a zaključno sa usisnom granom. Ako creva nisu bušna i ne puštaju, usisna grana nije zapušena i EGR ne pravi probleme, verovatno su dizne.
Naravno, sve ovo pod uslovom da mapa nije dirana :drink

I turbina definitivno nije predimenzionirana. Da je do toga, dimile bi sve 2.4 koje izađu iz fabrike, ali samo na niskim obrtajima.

Naravno da je mapa dirana i skinut DPF, ugasen EGR, skinute klapne, katalizator. Usisna grana je čišćena, ali creva bih mogao proveriti. Mada turbo čukica brzo udari na max i drži sve dok ne pustim gas.

Generalno izbegavam, tj. nemam potrebu da prebacim 4k obrtaje, vozim ga na talasu OM od 2k do 3,5k, retko dočekam 4k.

U tom slučaju je do mape...smanji ubrizgavanje na visokim obrtajima i sve OK i ptice srećne i konji na broju :D
